when i check the tracking with its code, it says only "on route" and the last track is from the post office in china that received the package to send.
i'm from italy and the site i ordered from is baresoulapparel.com.

not sure if anyone can help you without the tracking number...
i mean writing it down (or copy paste it) here would be useful

Left China for Italy on Feb 6th. Most parcels to Italy are seriously delayed right now. The delays seem to be getting better as the backlog is cleared, but your package might still take 30-60 days to arrive. There won't be any more tracking updates until it arrives in Italy and is scanned by Poste Italiane.
