first , you should track the parcel in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php ,it will tell you the shipment date and latest location status.

then you can lookup the estimate arrival time frame to your country in http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php and calculate the ETA date range by yourself.

If you do not have tracking number, it is because the seller sent it without one.
You should look at this site:
http://www.hongkongpost.hk/en/postage_calculator/index.html

Surface parcel less then 2 kg is 25 to 50 working days to Canada.

You will have to sit and wait till you receive the parcel up to 50 working days according to HongKong post.

May I suggest next time to have your parcel sent to Canada by Airmail with a tracking number.
