Hi. I bought stuff from Wish App on the 1st December 2017. It was expected to be delivered on the 15th January 2017, which was yesterday. It hasn't arrived, and when i track it with the tracking number provided it shows the last update to be on the 4th December 2017. Can you please check for me if the package ever left China, on which date, and where exactly it is now. I refuse to believe that it is still in china even now. If it was delivered in South Africa, when was that? Can you please update its whereabouts?Thank you in advance.

Without a tracking number, we can't tell anything about your parcel. :)
