i remember my package tracking information saying it arrived in queens ny then left the next day but now it doesn't say that.

it states that it arrived in queens and then was in transit to its destination (stated twice) and that it left the distribution center today ( 3 days after it arrived)

its also been 7 hours ( from 9:35 a.m.) since then and no update when it doesn't take that long to arrive in my city. please help.

the expected delivery predicated 5 days ago says it was supposed to come today by 8:00 pm but my mail already arrived.

tracking number LS367068820CN

when will it get here? why is the tracking information mixed up? why hasn't it arrived in my city yet?

It looks like it didn't originally leave the USPS facility in Queens on the 5th and was re-sent out of there on the 8th. It's now just arrived at the regional service center for Rochester. Most likely they'll try and deliver it tomorrow (the 9th). Possibly your parcel got mis-routed, didn't get unloaded from a truck, or some other mistake like that. It happens occasionally.

The good news is that once your item is in the USA, the biggest hurdle is already past. :)

Best thing to do if you are worried about it would be to contact your local USPS office.
