Post what is "shipment ready for dispatch" mean?

my tracking status from RY748957276CN has been stuck on this status from 9 jan.
I have read some posted and it's told that seller is still not actually shipped out yet.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel only info as " shipping notice received from seller( AliExpress )" . This means your seller applied a tracking number from China Post but never actually shipped anything yet.

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not see real shipment status in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress against fraud shipment.
