Post what happens if "unsuccessful delivery attemp"

i re-sent a parcel (RR201509665TR) from Turkey on 30/01/2015. When i track on chinapost it says on 15/02/2015 "Unsuccessful item delivery attempt (Inb)" and since then i (and my seller) have no information about my parcel. Please help me.

I think you contact parcel man and contact his branch his help and sort out the problem.
