which is almost two weeks ago

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LZ901982211CN has no shipping record . This means your seller did not ship you anything. If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track the parcel real data in next 3 days, you will open dispute against fraud.
