Your item left Fuzhou for the USA on 12 Dec; unfortunately it's still in transit. Some ePackets have been ridiculously slow this year; I'm seeing stuff that was sent in mid-Nov being delivered now. So I know it's not great news, but your package status is normal, it's just taking way longer than usual.

If you have a 30-day time limit on making a buyer protection claim from your seller, then you should do that while you still can. Otherwise, keep waiting.
