AFTER TRACKING MY ORDER RG090026803CN TO NIGERIA, I SAW THE INFORMATION 'UNSUCCEFUL DELIVERY AT DELIVERY OFFICE'. I BELIEVE MY PHONE NUMBER ON MY ADDRESS SHOULD HAVE BEEN PUT TO USE. PLEASE HOW DO I CONTACT THE COMPANY OR PERSONS THAT HANDLE DELIVERY IN LAGOS/ NIGERIA, AND FIND OUT WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO MY ORDER.

Nigeria Post is responsible for delivery of this parcel. contact them and pickup your parcel.

Please do you mean Nigeria Postal Service? Or is there another organization called Nigeria Post?

yes. it is Nigeria Postal Service who is responsible for delivery of your parcel.

My address is very correct. I still received a parcel from china on monday and got a call to come pick it up at the post office. I even have a p.o box at the post office. I was home throughout yesterday and never stepped out so no postman came. No one placed a call to my phone. I was even at the post office to enquire this morning and I was told they did not receive any good. I doubt if nipost or customs seized it because it is just a bag. I am getting frustrated and at wits end. Please help.
