Post Unsuccessful Delivery

My package has arrived to my capital city, it takes 3-4 days to arrived im my hometown. The progress said "arrival at delivery office" but suddenly showed "unsuccessful delivery". I dont know what happen because no information (like call from delivery office) and noone came to my house at the day. I've been trying to contact my seller but still havent give me answer what should i do. Could you help me what should i do if i dont know where is location of delivery office? Is that office in capital city or already in my hometown?

1. It's very hard to tell you anything. You don't give your country and you don't give your tracking number.

2. Best thing to do is call your National Post Office service center as soon as possible, give them the tracking number and I'm pretty sure they will say to you the parcel his at such a place to be pick up.
