the parcel was shipped last year. It should be lost. It is too late to take any action to get your money back.

china post is the carrier. if you have not got the parcel for 2 months, you should ask seller(shipper) to start an investigation and you open a dispute against seller the same time. You can claim refund from seller and seller claim compensation from china post. however, time has passed 8 months, now is too late to do anything.
