Post Two packets in Handed over to Customs status

Hi. I have two parcels with epacket in "handed over to Customs, SHANGHAI" status. Is bad? One is from 22january and the other the 4February. Are lost? Stopped? Or is normal? Thanks.

The status are normal. No need worry anything at this moment.

But one of the packet still handed over to Customs from 22 january. Why not changed to other status?? Maybe is stopped in customs? Thanks

parcel stuck in customs and waiting for import processing can take 2 to 4 weeks, this is normal.

I can not 100% assure you can get the parcel. if you do not get the parcel after Mar 20, the parcel has big chance to be lost. Now it is too early to say anything.

Ok thanks. You tell stuck in customs is 2-4 weeks. One of the order make today 1 month in customs. Maybe can you talk with ems to know more info? Thanks a lot.
