@yangu ePacket really takes time sometimes, its normal for it to not update anymore, wait 1 to 2 weeks more for an update, if you havent received one after contact the sender.

thanks maikel so do you think if are 1 month in handed over to customs status is normal or you think are stopped? thanks.
