Hi,
I've been tracking my package, but it doesn't seem to be moving.
It remains stuck at: (合肥Transit Station export customs scan (domestic transit )) what's going on ?

1. It could mean 2 things:

The parcel might be moving internally to another destination in China.
or the parcel has difficulty passing the Export Customs scan:

What is the status of “Export Customs Scan” ? How long it will take?

2. You need to continue to track your parcel for any new movement, if you don't see any movement on the 29 Nov, then contact the seller and explain to him your problem that the parcel is block.

Hello, my package was ordered November 4th. It says processed through facility on November 11, but no update after. Please help.
