Tracking of LZ110310923CN is showing returned after handed over to airlines. What does this mean? Is it going back to originator?

LZ110310923CN was rejected by Zhengzhou safety check point. Not sure what is inside the parcel. It might be a machine mistake.

Shipment is a couple of non medical masks. One black and the other blue.

This does not seem to correspond with your findings:
2020-06-05 08:46:18 Zhengzhou Dispatched from Office of Exchange
2020-06-07 17:54:45 Zhengzhou Departure from Regional Sorting Center
It looks like it is heading back to originator as it seems to be following the reverse order prior to hand off to airlines.

LZ110310923CN was sent to Beijing airport on Jun 7. This is a good news as Beijing has direct flight to Canada.

Well it now looks like the airline in Beijing has returned the package also. If this was your best solution as there was a direct flight to Canada from Beijing, what is left? Slow boat? Sounds like you are just running this thing around the country. Where does it end?

China government requires strict safety certificate on medical use masks. I believe the airport safety check point might treat these masks as medical use and rejected the parcel.

You can wait one more weeks and see what will happen. It it can not leave China by Jun 16, you might need to open dispute to seller for refund.

The parcel was returned to Zhengzhou from Beijing airport. Zhengzhou Post Office is trying to send it again. You can open dispute or wait to see if it can be shipped this time. Security check is very strict for masks.
