http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LZ110310923CN shows the parcel was received by China Post on May.28,but it was rejected by airlines safety check point a few times.
The latest situation is it departure from Regional Sorting Center on Jul.21. you can track it base on the above website.

I know where to track it and have noticed it now seems to be lost in the system as no update since the 21st.

Suggest you wait patiently and watch for your buyer protection period and ask an extension if it is running out soon,or open dispute for a refund.

Given the past tracking information, it does not take 10 days to get from Zhengzhou to Beijing. Admit it the package is lost. Referring me back to the seller is useless as then they just say it is in your China Post hands. I'm really believing , given all the complaints of lost and missing packages that are being posted on a daily basis on this site with the same recommendations from China Post, this is the biggest scam going.

Actually No News is a good news. You may have noticed that your previous "sent to airline" always followed by " Rejected by Safety Check Point" the next day. This means your parcel has more than 80% chance have passed safety scan.

Our stat shows after sent to airline , parcel status will take quite long time without update and then suddenly show up in Canada, check following parcels:
