EA103732651CN Been almost a month also are they're so many people having the same program this is bad from a international business standpoint to have such a massive bad shipping record

Xmas and New year holiday time is not good time for international shopping if you need fast shipment. Your parcel should travel about 4 to 6 weeks to reach you. If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need ask seller extend protection or open dispute for refund.

I'm 4 weeks in with no update since the 28th though and isn't the holiday season over also if Chinese New Year starts in a couple days isnt that going to make the wait even longer

1. When your 4 week is up, just open a dispute for non reception of your parcel.

2. Parcel like yours should be faster then what it is right now.

The number starts with “E” and ends with “CN”, i.e. EE123456789CN, EA987654321CN
This is China Post Express Post Service(EMS). Normally it is much faster than airmail and might take one to four weeks to arrive. The price is also much higher than airmail.
