Hi
I would greatly appreciate some regarding my packages. I sent them from China to Sweden myself 8 weeks ago and it was supposed to only take 3-6 weeks. The last entry is "2016-02-04 14:21:55.0 Shanghai Transit Station export customs cleared ". My packages are:
CP312017307CN and CP312017341CN. Should I be worried or is this normal? How much time should I expect it to take?

your parcel number starting with CP which is surface parcel for heavy item. Normally this kind of parcel will be shipped through sea and very slow. Arrival time can be from 4 weeks to 6 months depending on your distance and luck.

Thank you for that information. I knew it was going to take a while but 6 months that is really crazy! They told me 3-6 weeks, or perhaps it was a misunderstanding? Anyway I appreciate your help, no I feel less worried that the items are lost on the way.
