Hello , I have this order no.RJ011622329CN , and I can't track , the seller told me that is the shopping season and China Post is very busy that's why . It is true ?

I received from the seller two attachments one is from courier system show.. sent out on 10-NOV,arrived warehouse on 12-Nov.they sent out 14-nov and a deliver record on my name , I can't attach here, and I still can not track my order. What is going on?

your seller should give you tracking number not some picture. If he can not give you tracking number. you can open dispute after 30 days and claim refund very easily.
