Post "Server is busy", cant track

I can't track my number RH375844193CN, it' says "server is busy, please Track later or track in our global tracking page", can you help me? Is this number fake? Can it contain any wrong digit?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php only information: " Electronic Data Received", this means your seller applied a tracking number from china post, but never actually shipped anything. in other words, the number is fake , you are scammed. read following:
