Can you say me where is the parcel RR599824344ES. Your tracking say "Unsuccessful delivery" from 13-Feb-2015.

the parcel failed delivery in Feb. normally if over 30 days and none pickup , it should be returned or discarded

After 77 days I not receive the returned parcel.

I want know if the parcel has been returned and when.

if you have not got it over 77 days, it should be discarded.

I want know why the parcel failed delivery with a right destination address and why it should be discarded with a right return address.
