Please, I need help.

I sent a not working device to the seller (focalprice) and they not received it.

How can I know why the packet has Unsuccessful delivery?

What can I do to the Post Service delivery the packet?

My parcel has arrived destination country for long time without delivery, why?

if you are lucky and the parcel has not been returned, ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and pickup the parcel.
