I place the order AN1059 with tracking number RP179953689CN, on january 28/2019, and when I track doesn´t refresh the status, it always says On route. It has been two monts and i think is time enough to receive the package. thank you

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RP179953689CN shows the number was shipped to Colombia on Feb 1.

Parcel shipped to Colombia has no update after leaving China. And waiting time can take 3 months, you can not know exact location at this moment.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
