Item RI006934522CN is on parcel 51003100 since 20140606.
Is everything ok or should I open a dispute?

the parcel is in Beijing waiting for transit to Europe. I think it is not lost or returned. you can wait some more days. If buyer protection deadline is expiring, you can ask seller extend the protection. no need open dispute at this moment.
