Customs operates on their own schedule, and they don’t care how badly you want your package. Some places open and inspect almost everything, some don’t; some places process packages very efficiently, some do not.

2. Canada Customs is there to protect every Canadian, so you need to wait for your parcel.

3. I have no change for your parcel RF411455729CN, it has not been scan yet bu Canada Post.

Can you help with these two packages which haven't updated from Dec 1st. I had other parcels posted from the same seller which are updated and landed in Uk but these two seem to be stuck

1. I would no be surprise if both parcels are doing this:

Routing is a whole separate matter, but suffice it to say that “lowest cost” tends to win out over “fastest speed”. Mail shipments may transit many countries enroute to their destination.

2. Plus also the fact that more we are advancing in time more are the room in the Aircraft small for mail bag.

3. Just continue to track your parcel on the Royal Mail site for any new movement.

1. Since we don't have a flight number or country for the Hop it's hard to tell how many days it will take to get to UK.

2. Direct flight from Guangzhou to London Heathrow airport, there is only one per day.

3. It could also be at you end of the line. UK Royal Mail not scanning your parcel yet because of to many parcels incoming inbound from Overseas.

4. Every Post Office are affected this time of year, mail is very slow.
