Hello!
Can you please help me tracking exactly where my parcel is?

I ordered this package to come to Portugal and I see it's already in Lisbon (Portugal's capital) since 2020-11-03 but I didn't receive any further information.

Portugal Post website shows the parcel arrived Lisboa on Dec 2. Please contact Portugal Post to inquiry more detail. The parcel is in their system.
