I purchased my items on the 6th of October, it is now the 25th, 3 weeks now and I have no information whatsoever on my package besides the fact that there is NO SHIPPING RECORD. This is my tracking number LY850658429CN. I’ve contacted the company already via email and have gotten no response whatsoever. What kind of customer service is this?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LY850658429CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller did not ship anything to you. you are scammed!

You should open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.
