http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RP034539528CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Sep 20.

Normally after sent to airline, it will wait 2 to 4 weeks to catch flight space to South Africa, then it will wait another 4 to 8 weeks to pass South Africa customs clearance. Total time can take 12 weeks.

Everything looks normal, you just need wait some more days.
