Good day, could somebody please tell me when my package will arrive? or if it has even left China yet? It has said “sent to airline” since 26/09/2018 and my tracking number is RU886950877CN. I’d like to know when it will arrive please.

After sent to airline date, Normally it will wait 2 to 4 weeks to catch flight space to South Africa, then it will wait another 4 to 8 weeks to pass South Africa customs clearance. Total time can take 12 weeks to get the parcel delivered to you by South Africa Post.

You need wait some more days.
