http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LZ946572313CN shows the parcel was shipped From Wuhan to Canada on Oct 24. It is waiting for flight space from china to Richmond BC and Canada import processing.

You can not see new status until the parcel passes Canada customs. this no-information stage will last for 7 to 20 days.
