Hi,

I purchased an item through AliExpress & it was shipped on 23rd August 2013 with tracking number rb575448269cn.

When I use your tracking system it says "Search Success! 0 Data"

Please can you advise why I cannot see tracking information.

most possible reason is that your seller has just printed the tracking label but not given it to China Post yet. So China Post has no data about this tracking number.

Ok the tracking system now has 2 entries.
RB575448269CN 2013 Departure from China Beijing 20130828 0834
RB575448269CN 2013 NULL PEK 20130829 0531

Can you tell me what the status NULL means & roughly how long it will take to get to the UK?
