Hello,
I am wondering if there are some general problems with the tracking of china post parcels at the moment.
I have two tracking numbers that I am not able to find in the system.

Could anyone help me with that?

Tracking numbers are: RJ096788715CN
RD346372837CN

It says for both its an invalid number.

I really appreciate any help.

if tracking results shows as "its an invalid number", it means the seller did not ship the goods. read this article for reason and solution http://track-chinapost.com/?p=461

Ok thank you.
But now both status changed to "No shipping record"!
Does this mean the same, that the seller didn't ship the parcel?
Or is it now in the system but not updated?
