Hello admin,

RM621328858CN still it shows the same status 2015-05-19 01:04:04.0 leaving Beijing Airport going to next airport/seaport

But i Have called Mumbai airport foreign post office and enquired about my parcel they said my parcel not arrived india yet and they said their official webiste shows the last transit of my parcel is

23rd of may arrived at singapore..so my question is when it will arrive india?so how long my parcel will be in singapore or my parcel is waiting for airline space?pls let me know

RM621328858CN has not arrived India yet. if your buyer protection is expiring, you should ask seller extend the protection. Parcel to India might take up to 60 days to arrive.

HELLO ADMIN

I am from India, My parcel RN078491660CN got stuck, please help me out with this issue.

NO TRACKING UPDATE from last 30 days as :

2015-05-31 08:02 : China, BEIJING, Send item abroad (EDI-received), Air, KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE

2015-05-30 10:37 : China, BEIJING, Insert item into bag (Otb), Air, KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE

2015-05-28 14:40 : China, 300450, Receive item from customer (Otb), Air, KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE

Where exactly the parcel is?? How long it will be in there? Is there any problem with my parcel ?or is it normal??

pls help me in this regard.

many parcels to India were delayed since May. You might need to wait another 2 to 4 weeks. If your buyer protection is expiring, you should ask seller extend the protection or open dispute for non-arrival parcel.
