Hi,

As you told i was waiting for 4 weeks tracking number RM621328858CN but still its not moving i don't know why? its only jewelry. Actually i am a regular customer of ali express this is the first time my parcel got stuck for 4 weeks can you pls tell me WHAT IS THE PROBLEM and WHY THEY ARE NOT SENDING MY PARCEL TO MY DESTINATION(INDIA)?TILL HOW LONG DAYS OR WEEK SHOULD TAKE TO SEND MY PARCEL TO MY DESTINATION (INDIA) PLS CONFRIM ME WHEATHER THEY WILL SEND MY PARCEL TO MY DESTINATION OR WHAT? pls tell me if i have chance to get my parcel then i will wait defenetaly if its not pls ensure me so that i will tell to seller to resend or refund my parcel.the below details of my parcel RM621328858CN

HELLO ADMIN

I am from India, My parcel RN078491660CN got stuck, please help me out with this issue.

Current tracking status from last 16 days as :

2015-05-31 08:02 : China, BEIJING, Send item abroad (EDI-received), Air, KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE

2015-05-30 10:37 : China, BEIJING, Insert item into bag (Otb), Air, KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE

2015-05-28 14:40 : China, 300450, Receive item from customer (Otb), Air, KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE

Where exactly the parcel is?? How long it will be in there? Is there any problem with my parcel ?or is it normal??

pls help me in this regard.

I Spoke to buyer about this they told me to wait 2 weeks then if the status will not update in 2weeks then i will ask them to resend because i need it ...so what you are going to do sabareesh?u r going to wait or open dispute or resend?
