Hello, please check my package EB732713143CN. The last time I got updated was 11/20 and I'm wondering what has happened to my package. I know due to COVID 19 it will be delayed but getting no update...it makes me worry :(. Thank you.

EMS normally arrive time frame is from 2 to 6 weeks. So if your parcel can not arrive after 60 day, it has more than 90% chance to be lost, then you need open dispute for lost parcel refund.

your parcels were shipped on Nov 20, which are still in normal time frame, you still have good chance to get them. please be patient.

Ah it already shipped?? Omg I thought it still in China since I got no update that it was shipped already. All I got from 11/20 was "Handed over to Forwarding Agent for Transit" and that's it. Thank you for helping me though.

That status means it was handed to an airline, your next status update will be when it arrives in your country.

So possibly the package is waiting for the flight to the USA? I heard the seller said the package is in China Post forwarding agent...so Do I expect to have this item in December or early January?

The package is still in the airlines warehouse, it is waiting for the flight to USA, but now is Xmas rush reason ,it should be take a long time for getting the airlines' space, I think it's very unlikely that you'll get it in December.

Ok, so I would expect it around January then? Since my package already in the airline warehouse since 11/20 so I guess my package would get priority soon haha.
