Hello, I hope you an assist. I received an email that my parcel was delivered to San Antonio, Texas but I live in Chicago, Illinois. The tracking number is LT773116848CN

USPS will not ship goods to wrong city. It is more likely your seller printed wrong address or gave you other people's tracking number.

Either way you need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund.
