Can someone help me? The status has not updated since November 4th, why my parcel is stuck at Guangzhou, the last status says Guangzhou Shippment

Thanks for the reply, so when a parcel says "Guangzhou, shipment" means that the parcel is processing from China to the destination country? I'll get a Updated status when the parcel clears customs in my country?

Your parcel should have left china. it might transit a couple of countries before arriving your country. you can not know exact location after parcel left china because no one update the parcel status outside china.
