Post Parcel Not received but shows delivered

This is regarding the parcel via China Post #LK066294415CN. This parcel was not received and was instead refused by the hotel where i was staying. However, the status shows it being delivered. I have double confirmed with the hotel folks and they say they didnt accept any parcel. If the parcel was delivered, please send me a copy of paper notifying who received the same along with the counter signature of the person.

the parcel is on the way returning back to China. It is now in USPS sorting center in JAMAICA, NY 11430. You will NOT receive it.
