18-Jul-2015 20:03 Received by Post Office 528032
21-Jul-2015 10:35 Departure export customs GUANGZHOU mean? it says ON ROUTE
so about how long will the parcel take to reach me I am in South Africa

R0619435062 isn't a China Post tracking number. They have two letters, 9 digits, and then "CN", eg RR123456785CN.

Hi i have contacted the post office in South Africa. And they say it has not reached them. Could I please know who the courier agent is so i know who to contact. This is frustrating. Who will be delivering my package in South Africa Durban. And the post office said it is a wrong tracking number. Assist urgently.

Please can you follow up on the following parcel: 03344938995. The destination is South Africa and it has been over 20 days which is at the end of your estimated delivery time.

2016-07-08 10:35:11.0 Electronic Data Received
2016-07-10 01:19:26.0 Shenzhen city international parcel process center received
2016-07-10 15:29:00.0 Shenzhen city international parcel process center customs scan
2016-07-10 17:52:00.0 leaving Shenzhen city international parcel process center

I have contacted my local post office who have no details on the parcel.

1. Your parcel is what we call China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus, it can only be track in China and not in your country.

2. Those type of parcel can take from 30 to 60 days before delivery. It will come in the mail in your country just like a letter and like I said, can not be track in your country.

3. Just make sure you still have buyer's protection for your parcel still valid.
