china post does not help, shows same thing every week

china post parcel is dispatched by South Africa Post in your country. You can contact them and ask for delivery detail. If they can not help you, open dispute to seller and claim refund for non-receive parcel.

Hi I am having the same problem with item ordered the 12 of February and on the Global tracking it still shows on route and last scanned was Guangzhou. How do I track it to see where parcel is now or if it is stuck in South Africa at customs? My tracking number is RI079912253CN

Any reply will be appreciated.

http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php shows parcel to South Africa might take up to 75 days. Your parcel is still in normal time frame.

I am informed that this parcel has not arrived in South Africa yet, I need to know what the holdup is as these were Christmas gifts for relatives. As you ca see the parcel was scanned in on 25 September 2013, it is now 27 January 2014 and I still do not have this parcel which contained pearls and earrings. :'( :(

and RF0497686650CN
