I am informed that this parcel has not arrived in South Africa yet, I need to know what the holdup is as these were Christmas gifts for relatives. As you ca see the parcel was scanned in on 25 September 2013, it is now 27 January 2014 and I still do not have this parcel which contained pearls and earrings. :'( :(

The links you posted is where I got the information from in the first place. It is now more than 4 months and the parcel is not in my country yet. I am thinking that it is still in a bin somewhere, perhaps at your airport in your country. I need someone to find out what is going on, this parcel RB686033557CN should have been In South Africa a long time ago.

if the parcel was shipped 4 months ago and you have not got it , then it should be lost or returned to shipper. you should open a dispute (see .F.A.Q)

shipping to South Africa from Guangzhou might take 6 weeks, you need some patient.

6 weeks? Lord!!! I am also still waiting for a parcel from Guangzhou....It's been on "departure export customs" for about 8 days and I was sure it will be here next week or so

It's been 'departing export customs at Guangzhou' for over a Month now - no change!

I ordered this for my wedding - I don't think anyone wants to see this bride get upset. Please investigate and come back to me with something - when will it reach me. I need it urgently !!!

I have the exact same problem as you Miss K......have you tried calling customs? I called them today, I was told that my parcel has not reached. The sender says it should be in SA. My tracking number is RI357120560CN.

Hi. RH123253938CN , WAS checked on 7th march 2015 on route to south africa. Shows last from Guangzhou. I need help, it is more than 6 weeks already,

Pls tell me.where it is.
What kind of post you use.when in south africa? So that i can track.
china post does not help, shows same thing every week
