i ordered a package from singapore post to toronto canada
last activity is on 15-march-2016
should i open dispute?

tracking #: RB046664491SG

im worried please can anyone help

shipping time to Canada is very slow. many parcels are stuck in Canada Customs. you need wait one or two more weeks.

my trcking number RG272744057CN. my order left on march 17th china.
normaly; my order must arrive15-27 days in turkey.but my orderhas not arrived yet.

Hi there
had the same problem .My parcel was stuck since March 21 .And guess what .I called their Hong Kong post office they said we don't have any record of your parcel.
I tracked it via the destination country they said it's not there. I called again and they said the same thing .Guess what? Since then when I track my parcel a message says"we didn't receive your parcel" which is a big lie. So if you want to know has happened to your parcel, call their office right now.
Be sure if they have lost it they do not answer. The operator said: We don't have any records!!!!!!!
