Dear team,
I purchased item from ebay,
My address is in Saudi Arabia, but my package arrived in South Africa on 2nd November. After that no any update. Please check and advise.

2. It seems that the parcel is transiting to South Africa before going to Saudi Arabia.

At Office - First Notification to recipient failed delivery

As I am in Saudi Arabia and my parcel is being trying to delivered in Saouth Africa. ????

1. Maybe it's time to contact seller and ask him if the tracking number was for you or somebody else.

2. Maybe the seller mix up the tracking number for your parcel. You need to clarify this with the seller as soon as possible.

Seller is no more registered member of ebay. I sent him many messages but no reply. Ebay also refused to help. It looks like that I have lost my money.

1. How did you pay for your parcel, credit card, PayPal, you can contact them and get reimburse if you did not get your parcel.

1. Call you credit card company the number should be in the back of the card and I'm sure they can provide you with all the answer to your questions.
