Hello my package has been stuck on leaving Beijing Airport going to next airport/seaport
for almost a month. What is going on with my package the tracking number is RG299049665CN.

Your package is actually in transit on its way to your country, take in mind that it can take up to 62days in average for it to arrive (src: Arrival Time Stat)

Your package just recently entered Shenzhen for export custom scan (see link to know more about it), you can just wait for it to clear and keep tracking until it changes in some days.
