It doesn't look like it's stuck in Customs, there's a "domestic transfer" message after that showing that your item is moving onwards from Beijing. Sometimes tracking for inbound items quits at that point without any further messages, though. If your recipient hasn't received the package yet, they are best to call China Post on 11185 and ask where the parcel is.
