Post Package hasnt updated since "departure export customs"

My package hasn't updated since January the 4th and I'm getting worried a bit. The seller said it'd be here in 1-2 weeks. Does the flight from China take a while to get to the U.S.?

It depends on the shipping method used -- it can be as little as 5-7 days with EMS or ePacket if you're lucky, to 30-45 days or more with ePacket or Registered Mail if you're not.

If you post your tracking number we might be able to give you more specific help.

How long will China Post parcel arrive my country? How long will my tracking status be updated?
