Hi there,

my order with tracking nr. LZ210690107CN was sent july 22, last entry at july 23 - "forwarded to the airline transport" - and since 19 days NO progress at all. :(

Seller told me yesterday, that he asked "the post" about this tracking, and he was allegedly told, that the package has arrived at my address! And I should wait a few days more...

I don´t know, if he really asked somewhere - but if yes - the post got this info from the stars???

Can somebody reassure me that something like this is not uncommon - or do you suspect that the package got lost on the way to the airport???

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LZ210690107CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Jul 23. it is still waiting flight from China to Germany, not arrive yet.

http://track-chinapost.com/?p=1075 shows average waiting time to Germany is about 57 days, you need some more time.

Thank you, but I really couldn´t believe this!
You mean, parcel ist somewhere at an airport - since 3 weeks??

I ordered more items in china, all around the july 18, all of them already arrived at my home in about 20 days.

Don´t you think, its possible and make sense, if the seller officially ask for that package at china post?
To me it seems, that there is something absolutely wrong!

Is it possible , to commission an investigation at china post?

your parcel is in quite normal status. Your seller can not ask parcel back. Give you some other examples:

above parcel was sent to airline on Jun 20, took about 45 days without updating and finally show up new status in Frankfurt on Aug 5.

above parcel was sent to Shanghai airport on Jun 3rd, waiting about 48 days without updating and suddenly show up in Frankfurt on Jul 21.

Your parcel has no problem, you just need some patient.
