Parcel CC041311170NL from Holland to China, insured for 5500 Euro, hasn't arrived to destination yet. It's been held in Beijing since April 21st and my customer and the museum are growing nervous.

Since the parcel contains rare items that MUST be returned to the Museum, I want to know what happened to it. Parcels don't get lost accidentally: either they get damaged or stolen. This parcel contains 3 or 4 UNIQUE collector's pieces that MUST be returned to Holland before June 15th.

China Post has NEVER given us any clear information -or for the matter NO information at all.

you should not use register mail to ship such expensive and important item. now you should contact Netherlands Post and issue an investigation on this parcel and china post will response to this investigation by mail. this is a very lengthy procedure.
