Post No update since received by post office for a week

There haven't been any updates since the package is posted and received by post office on 10/6/2019. No location details provided and I have absolutely no idea where did the package gone.

LL399222406CN is still in Shenzhen. it seems to have some problem to pass customs. I suggest you wait one more weeks and see if you can get the parcel or not. If not, then open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
