it is very likely that your seller gave you fake number. you should open dispute to ebay/aliexpress and claim refund.

1. Your tracking number is a valid tracking number. You need to wait up to 10 days before the tracking number register into the China Post system.

2. If after 10 days you still can not track your parcel, then contact seller and ask him if he did physically mail the parcel.

My Aliexpress order was supposedly shipped last week on September 7 by epacket but my tracking number is not working. Can you look into this ?

1. Your tracking number is a valid tracking number. You need to wait sometimes up to 10 days before the tracking number register into the China Post system. It did happen to me, I had to wait 9 full days before my E packet was register into the China Post system.

2. If after 10 days you still can not track your parcel, then contact seller and ask him if he did physically mail the parcel. Because you can not track it at China Post site.

3. Also please take note that this week it's a National Holiday in China so Post will be very slow to non existent. It should resume on 10 Oct.
